Preparing for your session

Please drink plenty of water on the day of your session. Being well hydrated is essential for healing. Also, you’ll want to eliminate caffeine and other stimulants from your diet and eat lightly before your appointment. Please dress comfortably.

If your session is being held long distance, whether across town or internationally, we will connect via Skype as I record each distance session. Skype is a free download for your computer, and while it is optimal for us to see each other, it is not absolutely necessary for you to have a camera. I will give you my Skype log-in when I send your email confirmation, and we will want to be sure you have accepted the request to add me as a contact at least 24 hours before our session date. Please be aware that you’ll want to be sitting or lying down in a quiet, comfortable place with no distractions. This is time to focus on you!

All sessions, whether held in-person or distance, encompass holistic life counseling and spiritual guidance to discover and heal the “why” behind the “what” of whatever is happening in your life.

If your session is being held in-person, there is an added element of hands-on Reiki and other healing modalities that may often reveal and heal deep, unresolved pain on every level.

If you’ve requested a special remote healing, we will first set up an appointment the week before I’ll be traveling to discuss over the phone the issue you’d like to address. There are extremely powerful energy centers in beautiful places in nature that I have discovered in Hawaii, Ireland, Sedona and Jackson Hole where I will then carry out the healing for you. I will contact you after I’ve completed your healing to answer any questions and discuss any thoughts or feelings that may have arisen.

What to expect

All of the healing modalities utilized are physically non-invasive. During the session, we’ll discuss the issue at hand and then I will guide you through the healing method that is determined to be most beneficial for you on that day. Although some of the methods are more interactive, others are so relaxing you may just fall asleep – many clients do. Please keep in mind that you’re doing a lot of healing work that may bring up many different emotions, and that you’ll be in a completely safe, confidential and protected environment.

After your session, you may feel emotional, tired or invigorated. Some clients report feeling slight itching, a normal reaction when healing work is being done, especially if we’re working on a physical issue. It’s important that you take good, gentle care of yourself for the rest of the day – eat lightly and healthily, have a quiet evening, and if possible take an Epsom salt bath in warm, not too hot, water. Try to avoid any stressful situations, and please don’t go to the gym and work out right after your session! The initial healing work we did during your session will continue to establish itself in your mind and body, so you may experience feelings and energy flowing for several days. And while it may feel like a roller coaster at time, rest assured that you are processing on many levels and do your best to allow it to appear in any form it may take.

Fees

The fee for an individual in-person healing session is $225.00, and for a distance session is $185.00.* Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card in person at the time of appointment, or by check or credit card in advance by choosing one of the session options shown on the Payments page.

Many of my clients find it advantageous to book a package of sessions, thereby saving quite a bit of money over the individual session cost. Three-Session In-Person Packages are $600.00, and Three-Session Distance Packages are $485. Please note that session packages must be used within six months of date of purchase.

*Long distance healing sessions require the session fee to be received by Crystal Springs Healing at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellation

  1. If you find it necessary to cancel your appointment, 48-hour notice is required in order to receive a refund and to give those on the waiting list a chance to fill that appointment.

  2. If cancellation is made less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment, a $75.00 cancellation charge will be applied.

  3. Please note that sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance or failure to appear for a scheduled session does not relieve the obligation of payment in full, which will need to be paid before any future sessions can be scheduled. Additionally, future sessions will be subject to payment in advance.
